Jun Liu
Independent visual artist. A graduate of Southwest China Normal University with a degree in oil painting, has worked as Visual Director for several leading news & financial media outlets in Shanghai. Her paintings—known for their expressive style and cultural depth—have been acquired by collectors in the United States, Germany, across Europe, and in Hong Kong.
Zuo Zhuang
Zuo Zhuang is a renowned Chinese Canadian art Connoisseur and writer, a former director at China Central Television (CCTV). He previously served as Special Art Consultant to the Jingdezhen Municipal Government and has been invited by the national tourism boards of New Zealand, Canada, Dubai, and Thailand as a cultural ambassador of gastronomy.
During the global pandemic, he pursued his studies in Early Childhood Education at Quebec Champlain College, earning certification as an early childhood educator.

曾任上海与广州多家前沿新闻与财经媒体的视觉总监。2005 年中央电视台全国民间烹饪大赛冠军。早年学习服装设计，后考入中国西南师范大学美术教育系油画专业并获学士学位。油画作品曾被来自美国、德国、欧洲及香港的收藏家收藏。
左壮（Zuo Zhuang）
前中央电视台导演、艺术鉴赏家、美食家，著有《一把盐》《美食之心》和长篇小说《无脑人行天下》，多次获得国家级荣誉，两次获得世界美食家大奖。曾担任某省省长特别助理、景德镇市政府，三全食品，九阳电器特聘艺术与味觉顾问，多家知名美食榜单评委，并受新西兰、加拿大、阿联酋国家旅游局邀请，出任国际美食文化代言人。其在艺术与美食领域的跨界探索既有深入百姓餐桌的分子料理鸡腿，又有影响中国第一代米其林高级料理厨师的Fine Ding简史，被美国记者誉为中国的“食圣”。
