Jun Liu
Independent visual artist. A graduate of Southwest China Normal University with a degree in oil painting, has worked as Visual Director for several leading news & financial media outlets in Shanghai. Her paintings have been acquired by collectors in the United States, Germany, across Europe, and in Hong Kong.
Zuo Zhuang
Zuo Zhuang is a Canadian Early Childhood Educator (ECE), former director at China Central Television, and a renowned gastronome and art connoisseur whose cross-disciplinary work has earned national and international recognition. He has served as Special Assistant to a provincial governor, and as a culinary artist and sensory consultant for the Jingdezhen Municipal Government, Sanquan Foods, and Joyoung.
Zhuang has been a judge for major national and global gastronomic awards, and was invited as a culinary ambassador by the national tourism boards of New Zealand, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates. His influence bridges everyday dining and high cuisine, shaping the first generation of Michelin-level chefs in China. American journalists have described him as “the contemporary Sage of Chinese gastronomy.”
He is the originator of widely cited gastronomic concepts and expressions such as “The world exists to be experienced,” “the soul of flavor,” “The true taste of life lingers half-drunk,” “aftertaste,” “the elegant feast,” and “between meals.” His work continues to expand the cultural language of taste, dining, and sensory experience.

曾任上海与广州多家前沿新闻与财经媒体的视觉总监。2005 年中央电视台全国民间烹饪大赛冠军。早年学习服装设计,后考入中国西南师范大学美术教育系油画专业并获学士学位。油画作品曾被来自美国、德国、欧洲及香港的收藏家收藏。
